Our Next LAHS meeting is scheduled for Saturday, January 13th

Hello There!

The next LAHS Class of 1992 Reunion Committee meeting has been scheduled for Saturday, January 13th at 6:30 pm. It will once again be held at Faust's Restaurant located on Route 443.

Here is the list of things we wish to cover at this meeting:

1. Food - what kind; should we have it catered; how much do we wish to spend, etc.
2. Music - do we wish to hire a DJ or a band?
3. What shall we do for our next fundraiser?

As of now, the location, date and time has been chosen. In order to make our 15 year reunion a success we need your input! I know that some of you cannot come to meetings due to distance, previous engagements and so on. However, if you have an idea please let us know!!! This reunion is about all of us, so everyone's thoughts are invaluable.

Please join us for the meeting if you can - contact us with your ideas if you cannot. I have included the current list of committee members in case you prefer to contact someone specific.

We hope to hear from you soon!

Cheers!

Christy

Hello LAHS 1992 Alumni

Hello!

I just wanted to give you an update as to decisions that were made at last night’s meeting.

There were only 3 of us in attendance last night! We could really use your help if you are willing.

The reunion has now been scheduled for August 11th 2007 from 2:00pm until “whenever”. It will be held at Big Creek Grange. This is an ideal location because there is enough room outside to set up for tons of activities, as well as cover in case of poor weather. The photographer has been booked and will be available for the entire day.

There is allot of alumni in which I do not have information. To try and spread the word a bit more, I will begin using notification via email and PSA.

We did not set a date for the next meeting, but it will be held sometime in January. By then, we will need solid ideas for food, music and our next fundraiser. If any of you have an idea you’d like to share, please either let us know and we will speak on your behalf –or- attend the meeting. I’d love to see you there!

Until then…

Happy Holidays to one and all!

Cheers!

Christy

LAHS Grad Class of 1992 - meeting 12/16

Hello Fellow Alumni!
Can you assist us?
A few of us decided to hold a meeting before the end of the year. I realize that some of you no longer live in the area; however, I am hoping that if those of you who cannot attend for any reason, still offer your thoughts and ideas on the subject. If you would like to offer some input, please email me and I will speak on your behalf.
We can never have too many ideas!
The meeting is scheduled for Saturday, December 16th at 6:30pm and will be held at Faust's Restaurant (located on 443). It tends to be pretty quiet there, so I thought we could get some work done. If any of you need directions, please let me know!
The following topics will be covered:
DATE/TIME/LOCATION
We have yet to choose an exact date for the reunion! We will be making this decision on Saturday, so please let us know what days in August/September will not work for you. Reunions are all about location. It's already been decided to have a nice, relaxed picnic style reunion so that entire families can enjoy the day. Although several places have been suggested, we have not made a final decision. This too, needs to be decided on Saturday.
LOCATING FELLOW CLASSMATES
Classmate information is slowly trickling in. Please forward us your information as well as any other alumni whose information you already have. It will save us allot of time! We want to be sure and invite everyone to this reunion; regardless as to whether or not they plan on attending.
FUNDING
There is very little money left in the accounts. I am hoping this changes. We are finishing up the Joe Corbi's sale and the final order will be called in today. We are hoping to hold 1-2 fundraisers per year - EVERY year. In the past, fundraisers have only been held during the last year of reunion preparation; this last-minute rush needs to change. The more money we have, the more we can do!
If you have some free time on Saturday, please join us; meetings run about an hour if you plan on attending.
I hope to hear your ideas soon!
Cheers!
